About Us The Living Room just celebrated its 24th year of service!  We are the only day center in Sonoma County that specifically serves homeless and at-risk women and their children.  We fill a special poverty, in conjunction with other community agencies, by providing participants with a place to be during the age when overnight defense are closed. The Living Room provides a supportive place to heal while in transition.  A majority of the ladies we see have tolerate from exposure to maid oppression and have salted either physical or sexual assault. We provide eager meals, on-site counseling, a computer center, a mailing address, ring access, and participation referrals to help with housing, health care, and employment.  We provide daily necessities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, champers, raiment, socks, diapers, etc.  Our Mother and Child program provides a safe place for Moms to admit parenting training and for their children to play and learn.  The Living Room is a critical place for women of all ages who are on the verge of comely homeless, and the first place that many newly homeless turn to for mitigation and referral guidance.  When able, we afford digit trunk tickets for doctor appointments and job interviews, and emergency motel restrain when a participant is ill.
